The food here is very good and you guys have friendly people working here. The place is very clean. I come to get some food with friends. Cashier are very friendly.

Every time I order for delivery, it arrives hot & on time.

Been coming here since I was 16. I don't live in the area anymore but the craving hits me so hard sometimes that I travel just for a tasty slice.

When I went up to check if my food was ready yet because we didn't have our number she told me my pasta was still in the microwave. Yup in the microwave definitely ruined my appetite to hear that.

I was in love with their pizza until the last two times I've gotten it. The slices were warmed back up from a previous pizza. The dough was so chewy, it hurt my jaw to chew. I'll be calling to get free, FRESH lunch for another day. Lost my service for a while.

Hands down best pizza place around. Can't beat 50% off pizzas when they are on sale as well.

We are HUGE fans of papa Gino’s pizza. Have been since we were kids. This was literally the worst pizza I have ever had. Firstly, I had asked for Half Hamburger and Half Pepperoni. Have done this MANY times at other establishments, never had an issue. I had then asked for crushed red pepper on the pizza or put in a side cup. The pizza was extremely overly cheesy (it wouldn’t even stay on the slice), there was hamburger and roni on the entire pizza instead of half&half. Never got any crushed red pepper, and the dough was barely cooked. I have made better pizza at home drunk. This was disgusting and we didn’t even eat the rest after our first slice. So happy we are only visiting this area and can count on our papa Gino’s at home. Such a disappointment!

Expensive..Foods good worth the price.. Delivery service takes way to long for price.. They say 30 mins hour goes by i call lady tells me probably another 15-20 minsThen dont tell me its gonna take 30 mins..Never mind didnt have all food i wanted to order and my order was 50 bucks..

Cashier didn't have a clue. Out of ten parties that came in to order, she only got one right and slow to get up to counter to take orders. I went up for a Togo box I watched her spin around with a tray of pizza and half the pizza flew of the tray on to the floor.iy just seems that Everytime I go there it's just a different version of the circus.

Fast service. They sell by the slice so you don't usually have to wait for the pizza to cook. Also always serve plenty of dressing with your salads. Bathroom isn't the cleanest.

Excellent cheesesteak. Pizza is pretty good as well.

Best Italian chain restaurant, expensive but worth it.

This place is terrible. Every time my family comes here they get our order wrong or they are out of something..... your a chain restaurant you should never be out , and if you are your manager should be reevaluated. Would not recommend this place to my enemies let alone people I like ... no straws really ...
